Welcome to Send2T (“the Service”). By accessing or using Send2T, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Send2T is a convenience service that forwards emails to Telegram accounts.

2. No Guarantee of Delivery

Because Send2T relies on internet-based communications, we cannot guarantee that forwarded emails will be delivered:

We cannot ensure timely delivery, as message forwarding depends on multiple external systems (email servers, network reliability, and Telegram’s own platform).
We cannot guarantee delivery at all, as failures may occur due to filtering, outages, or third-party restrictions.

For these reasons, Send2T must not be relied upon for critical communications, including but not limited to:

Emergency messages
Safety-critical alerts
Situations involving health, security, or financial risk

Send2T is intended for convenience and general use only.

3. No Affiliation

You understand and agree that Send2T is an independent service and has no affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or association with Telegram or its parent companies.

Telegram is a separate platform with its own terms and policies.
Your use of Telegram remains subject to Telegram’s rules, which are entirely outside the control of Send2T.
Any issues arising from the use of Telegram, including account access, suspension, or functionality, are not the responsibility of Send2T.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use Send2T in any of the following ways:

Unauthorized accounts: You may not use the Service in connection with email address and/or Telegram accounts you do not own or are not authorized to control.
Minimum age: You may not use the Service in connection with email address and/or Telegram accounts that belong to individuals under the age of 18.
Illegal, abusive, or harmful content: You may not use the Service in connection with email address and/or Telegram accounts that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious or abusive material.

5. Throttling and Suspension

To maintain the stability and health of both the Send2T network and the Telegram platform, Send2T reserves the right to throttle, delay, or temporarily stop the forwarding of emails if necessary.

This may occur in cases of unusually high volume of messages, whether accidental or intentional.
The purpose of throttling or suspension is to prevent potential harm, abuse, or disruption to communication systems.
Send2T will make all reasonable efforts to communicate any pause or suspension in advance on a best-effort basis; however, users acknowledge that such notice may not always be possible or timely.
Users must therefore not rely on receiving prior notice, and such actions shall not be considered a failure of the Service.

6. Payment and Trial

The Service provides a free trial, limited by the number of emails that can be forwarded.
Continued use beyond this limit requires payment according to the pricing plans published on our website.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Refund Policy

Send2T offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee, giving all new subscribers the opportunity to try the service risk-free; if you find that Send2T doesn’t meet your expectations within the first 15 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

8. Payment Processing

You understand and agree that all payments for Send2T are handled by external third-party payment processors.
Because of the above, Send2T does not process, collect, or store any sensitive payment information, including but not limited to credit card numbers, bank account details, or billing addresses.
By using the Service, you understand and agree that any issue related to payments, including but not limited to loss or theft of secure payment data, unrecognized charges, or billing made by the external payment processor, either in error or not, without the consent of Send2T, are beyond the responsibility of Send2T.
You are encouraged to review the terms, policies, and security practices of the external payment processor before making any payment.

9. Privacy and Security

While Send2T makes reasonable efforts to handle data securely, forwarding emails inherently involves third-party systems outside of our control (including email providers and Telegram). As such:

We cannot guarantee complete confidentiality of forwarded messages.
Users are responsible for ensuring they only forward content that they are comfortable transmitting through these systems.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Send2T, its operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

Claims related to unauthorized forwarding of content.
Claims from email services or its affiliates regarding your use or misuse of email forwarding.
Claims from Telegram or its affiliates regarding your use or misuse of Telegram accounts or the Telegram Bot API.
Claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service
Continuous or uninterrupted operation
Fitness of the Service for any particular purpose

Because of the way the Internet and third-party communication systems operate, service interruptions, delays, or failures are inevitable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Send2T shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:

Delayed or undelivered messages
Loss of data or privacy
Misuse of the Service by third parties
Payment-related issues caused by external processors

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Send2T at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for security and compliance reasons.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
