Getting Started

Section titled “What is Send2T?”Send2T is an online service that forwards selected emails directly to Telegram. It helps you cut through email overload by sending only the important messages you choose to your Telegram account.
How do I sign up?
Section titled “How do I sign up?”You can sign up directly with your Telegram account. Once registered, you’ll receive a unique Send2T email address that can be used for forwarding.
Do I need to install an app?
Section titled “Do I need to install an app?”No. Send2T works entirely through a Telegram bot and your existing email service. There is nothing extra to install.
Which email providers are supported?
Section titled “Which email providers are supported?”Send2T works with any provider that supports email forwarding, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail, and others.
Setup & Usage
Section titled “Setup & Usage”How does forwarding work?
Section titled “How does forwarding work?”You’ll create filters in your email provider (such as Gmail or Outlook) that forward only specific messages (e.g., from a client, with a certain subject line) to your unique Send2T address. Those emails then appear instantly in your Telegram.
Do I need to forward all my emails?
Section titled “Do I need to forward all my emails?”No. You are in complete control. You can forward all emails, or just specific categories, senders, or keywords.
Can I use multiple email accounts?
Section titled “Can I use multiple email accounts?”Yes. Paid plans allow multiple forwarding addresses, so you can connect several email accounts to the same Telegram.
Can I customize the Telegram notifications?
Section titled “Can I customize the Telegram notifications?”Yes. You can adjust filters, choose which email details appear in Telegram, and even set up different mailboxes for different purposes.
Privacy & Security
Section titled “Privacy & Security”Is my email data safe?
Section titled “Is my email data safe?”Yes. Send2T is designed with security and privacy in mind. Emails are encrypted during transit and are not stored permanently on our servers.
Do you read or store my emails?
Section titled “Do you read or store my emails?”No. Send2T does not read or analyze your emails. Messages are only processed for forwarding and then immediately discarded.
Where are your servers located?
Section titled “Where are your servers located?”Send2T uses secure cloud infrastructure hosted in data centers with strict compliance and reliability standards.
Do you comply with GDPR?
Section titled “Do you comply with GDPR?”Yes. Send2T follows GDPR principles, ensuring your data privacy and control.
Plans & Billing

Section titled “Is there a free trial?”Yes. All new users start with a free trial, giving you full access to the service for a limited time. No credit card is required.
What are the paid plans?
Section titled “What are the paid plans?”- Basic Plan: Up to 3 mailboxes, low monthly cap.
- Standard Plan: Up to 10 mailboxes, higher email cap.
- Pro Plan: Up to 50 mailboxes, designed for professionals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Section titled “Can I cancel anytime?”Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
Section titled “What payment methods are accepted?”We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”My emails are not arriving in Telegram. What should I do?
Section titled “My emails are not arriving in Telegram. What should I do?”- Check that your forwarding filter in your email provider is set up correctly.
- Make sure you are forwarding to the correct Send2T address.
- Verify that your plan’s monthly email limit has not been reached.
- If issues persist, check the support site or contact us directly.
I set up forwarding, but I get duplicate emails. How can I fix this?

Can I forward attachments?
Section titled “Can I forward attachments?”Yes, but size limits apply. Large attachments may not be delivered depending on your plan and Telegram’s file size restrictions.
Will forwarding affect my original emails?
Section titled “Will forwarding affect my original emails?”No. Forwarding only makes a copy of the message to your Send2T address. Your original inbox remains unchanged.
Advanced Features

Does Send2T have an API?

Can I create my own Telegram bot for forwarding?

Do you offer customer support in multiple languages?
